1. DISCLAIMER

Vineyard Candle Co takes recycled and upcycled glass bottles and brings them back to life with candles and glass material. We have no association with any of the beer, liquor, or wine companies.

All recycled bottles or cans are received in different conditions and may have flaws on the labels. All products use all natural 100% soy wax and are hand made. These imperfections have no influence on the use of the products.

2. SHIPPING

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow 2-4 business days before shipping out. Some products are made to order and need resting time for the soy wax to completely settle.

3. RETURNS

Since most items are custom made at time of order, there are no returns on products. In the event of a damage claim, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. DIRECTIONS

For the use of standard cotton wicks, always trim wicks to 1/4″ before use. Always keep candles free of any foreign objects including flammable items, books, blinds, curtains, clothing. Only use candles on even flame resistant surfaces. Upon using candles, never allow burning for more than 4 fours at a time. Candles should not be used after 1/4″ wick remains. Only use candles when supervision and NEVER leave a burning candle unsupervised.
